Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@jewelrypeach.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important Notice
Refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances.
A full refund will only be issued if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, the item will be inspected first to confirm the issue.
If the defect is confirmed, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if approved due to defect) and place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with packaging intact.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (only for approved defective or incorrect items), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
